A Little Background to the Project

As a Peace & Conflict student back in the day I noticed a lack of practical training or real world insights about NGO work or current field conditions.

Education was heavily theoretical and historical, focused on past wars rather than present day peacebuilding practice.

The project Peacebuilding Human to Human aims to fill that gap by offering role models, practical learnings, and lived experiences to students, practitioners or anyone who is interested in learnings from the humanitarian field.

When working in an international NGO, Bring Hope Humanitarian Foundation, I encountered so many people, women espacially, with voices and wisdoms that I wanted to gather in a bouquet and share with others.

The interviews will be collected in a book.
